Flexible Guide Posts, Sign Posts and Delineators
Three lines of manufacturered flexible products - SafeHit, Dura-Post and RubberTough 360 - feature a complete line of flexible guide posts, sign posts and delineator systems designed to safely increase the efficiency of traffic flow.
Standard signs and flexible posts are available in various post types and colours with 3M reflective targets. A wide variety of anchoring devices are available to accommodate installation in different types of soil conditions, asphalt and concrete.
The SafeHit, Dura-Post and RubberTough 360 posts are designed to withstand multiple impacts, provide 360 degree visibility and reduce maintenance personnel exposure in the work zone by making damaged posts easy to replace.
The Flexible Guide Posts, Sign Posts and Delineators are recommended for on-off ramps, curves, culverts, high impact areas, obstruction, marking islands, gore areas, construction zones, centerline medians and HOV lanes. The posts are used for marking underground utilities, oil wells, culverts, pipelines, boundary markers, hazards, survey markers, fire hydrants, fibre optic lines, CATV's and many others. A variety of special reflective arrangements and custom labels can be applied on request.

Posts
|
Made of 2-3/8" diameter, low density, co-extruded polyethylene with UV inhibitors. The posts will not crack, peel, discolour, rot or corrode. They are guaranteed to withstand up to 20 hits - 10 at 90 kmph and 10 at 55 kmph. In addition, the posts haave PASSED Flexibility (High and Low Temperature) and bend Resistance Testing.

SafeHit's flexible 2-1/4" (57mm) diameter posts are constructed of durable linear low density, co-extruded polyethylene with ultraviolet inhibitors. They are abailable with portable bases, surface mount bases and soil anchors. SafeHit posts feature a two piece, self-locking system that reductes installation and maintenance costs.
