The TRITON Barrier is a revolutionary, new lifesaving roadway safety product. It provides energy-absorbing, positive barrier protection for work crews, while preventing errant motorists from entering dangerous work areas.

When impacted, the TRITON Barrier captures the vehicle by absorbing its kinetic energy. The barrier then redirects the vehicle toward its original path while bringing the vehicle to a controlled stop or allowing the vehicle to exit at a shallow angle.

The barrier's modular design allows for the use of varied lengths, based on the requirements of each specific work zone. An innovative, interlocking system links sections together in seconds, which allows them to swivel for easy positioning in and around work areas.

Once in place, the barrier sections are filled with water, which provides an energy-absorbing element. The barrier is proven effective in all weather conditions, and is crashworthy even when frozen solid.

The Triton Barrier's bright, alternating white and orange sections provide superior visibility for motorists day and night. Each section weighs less than 64 kg. (140 lbs.) and can easily be unloaded and positioned by two workers. No cranes or special equipment required.

		Easy Deployment And Removal The Triton Barrier, at its 65 kg (140 lb) empty weight, can be easily unloaded and positioned without cranes or heavy equipment. In fact, three workers can deploy over 183 m (600 ft) in just one hour! Deployment involves three simple steps: unload; position and pin; and fill with water using a water truck.
